Safety First, Then Fitness

I love to run and hike and most of the time its solo. I am always aware of the danger lurking around whenever I run or hike alone. If you enjoy working out alone but constantly worry about getting harmed, I have a few tips for you! Below I have provided helpful tips I use whenever I venture by myself. Please do not be intimated by the list rather use this as guide to keep yourself safe.

1) Let People Know Your Path

****If running/hiking alone isn’t your thing, you can always join a fitness group or bring your friends/family with you. Happy running and stay safe!
